  12. At the ISP I work at, we have 2 USR Total Control Racks and are
  13. about to get 6 more.  They've worked so good it's incredible.  After
  14. putting them online, we have had far fewer calls about disconnects, RNA's,
  15. or trash connects.  We had a few probs at first, the power supply on one
  16. gave out, but it has two, so we just hot-swapped it with a new one from 
  17. USR.  We just upgraded the firmware to support 33.6, which was a quick
  18. download from USR.  USR is even sending a tech out with the tcr's to
  19. help install them!  We're going to see if he'll buy us all beer and
  20. make USR pay for it.  If so, USR is a winner in my book.
